Earlier today, a virtual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing was held between Cavite State University- College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) represented by the University President, DR. HERNANDO D. ROBLES, and National Research Center for Protozoan Diseases, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine based in Japan represented by its Director General, DR. SHIN-ICHIRO KAWAZU.
This marks the beginning of more academic collaboration, institutional programmes, educational activities and other extension services and research. The event was spearheaded by Dr.
 Adrian Miki C. Macalanda, Chairperson of Department of Immunopathology and Microbiology, CVMBS and Prof. Ma. Veronica P. Peñaflorida, Director for International and Local Collaboration and Linkages Office.
CvSU officials witnessing the ceremony are the Vice President for Research and Extension, Dr. Melbourne R. Talactac; Dean of College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Rezin C. Bahia; Director of Public Affairs and Communication Office, Prof. Adora Joy T. Plete; and CVMBS faculty members, Dr. Alvin William Alvarez and Dr. Emmanuel Mago.
